Abstract

To realize spot welding process of the id and base for micro-crystal resonator quickly and accurately, the action sequence is need to be designed for its spot welding device reasonably. The device’s performance indexes are proposed and its preliminary action sequence is designed based the functional structure and process flow. Stateflow tool is used to the device’s simulation model is established and the state transition diagram is obtained by Stateflow with the finite state machine theory. According to the simulation result, the action sequence for the spot welding device is optimized, and its final action sequence is determined. It shows that he optimized design can meet the function requirements for micro-crystal resonator spot welding device through the simulation analysis and prototype test.
