Abstract

Impedance and modulus spectroscopy along with conductivity analysis of 0.6(BNT-BT)-0.4NCZF samples, synthesised microwave processing technique are analysed and discussed. Impedance and modulus analysis revealed overall grain and grain boundary effects in 200 °C to 400 °C temperature range. Overall grain boundary (Rgb) resistance decreased from 13570 Ω to 1877 Ω in 300 °C to 400 °C temperature range. AC conductivity study showed increase in conduction with increase of frequency as well as temperature. Activation energy (Ea) for AC conduction was found to decrease from 0.81 eV (at 100 Hz) to 0.38 eV (100 kHz) in the 200 °C to 400 °C temperature range.
