Abstract
A functional material modified with various elements based on the binary system (Na,Li)NbO3 (PCR-35, piezoelectric ceramics of Rostov) was prepared by two-stage solid-phase synthesis followed by the sintering by hot pressing method. The reasons affecting the mechanical strength of niobate ferro-piezoelectric ceramics were analyzed, and the strength of the material when modified with various elements was considered. Possibilities of improving the mechanical properties of the materials by changing modifiers and their concentrations were established.
