Summary

Gryllus dorsalis Thunb. is removed from synonymy of Aiolopus tamulus (Fabr.) and made the senior synonym of Anaeolopus socius (Stäl); Aiolopus sumbaenis Will. is removed to the genus Chortiocetes; Epacromia sansibara Karsch is removed from the genus Aiolopus and made the senior synonym of both Jasomenia dimidiata (I. Bol.) and J. cinctipes (Miller); Pseudaiolopus keyi gen. and sp. n. is described from northern Australia.
