Table 1. EAST classes with Assumed clinical correlation the classes are defined according to the following concentrations*.

1	0.35 kU/l − 0.7 kU/l	Very weak antibodies, detected frequently, no clinical symptoms where sensitization is present.
2	0.7 kU/l − 3.5 kU/l	Weak antibodies detected, existing sensitization, frequently with clinical symptoms in the upper range of class.
3	3.5 kU/l − 17.5 kU/l	Significant level of antibodies detected. Clinical symptoms usually present.
4	17.5 kU/l − 50 kU/l	High level of antibodies detected. Almost always with clinical symptoms.
5	50 kU/l − 100 kU/l	Very high antibody titer.
6	>100 kU/l	Very high antibody titer.
