Abstract
The West Virginia University Libraries migrated to OCLC’s Hosted EZproxy service in 2020. The Libraries’ main goals with the migration were to reduce staff time spent on proxy maintenance, customize user access to resources, and increase analytics about resource usage. The migration process involved sending configuration and user data to OCLC, updating vendors with a new IP address and proxy URL, and creating specialized user groups. The following details the Libraries’ experience during this project.
