Fig 1 is a series of boxes and arrows depicting participant flow through the study. It shows that 21 eligible women were given study information by perinatal mental health clinicians between September 2021 and February 2022, 14 eligible women completed informed consent and baseline questionnaires and video observation with a researcher between September 2021 and March 2022 and began VIPP sessions, and 11 women completed all 6 VIPP sessions.
