X is the predictor, Mod is the moderator, X*Mod is the interaction, and the two outcomes are Days>0, which represents whether there is sickness absence, and NDays, which represents number of days in case of sickness absence. Coefficients b, m, c, and i represent the direct effects of X, the moderation of the direct effects, the direct effects of Mod, and the effect of the interaction on the outcomes, respectively. Indices 1 and 2 refer to the outcomes sickness absence or not and number of days in case of sickness absence, respectively. The moderations m1 and m2 in the conceptual model are tested by i1 and i2 in the statistical model
