Abstract

In the modern-day world, a large number of queuing systems have been used in a variety of applications. Their usages involve huge amounts of complex computation coupled with inter and intra communication. However, in the vast majority of these systems, the available capacity is limited. Owing to these limitations, servers in general are prone to failures from time to time. Open network queuing system problems with breakdowns and its alternative repair strategies vastly increasing in computer and communication networks, needs proper modeling to solve day to day applications. The performance modeling of a multi-node system has been determined in this work taking into consideration arrivals at different periods. Proper analysis has been carried out thereby producing amazing results.
