Agency staff completes case reviews in a database that provides individualized feedback to social workers and supervisors and aggregate feedback to the agency. Casey has seen substantial improvements in the quality of service plans and more timely completion of case documentation and preliminary indications of improved case practice. Its experience provides important strategies that other agencies may use.
