Note: Each database record should equal 100 per cent across the relevant fields. However, as there were different numbers for each field, the average for each field was based on different counts and therefore the total averages did not yield 100 per cent as expected. Thus, the tables using this method display the count as the number of responses in the field and the mode as the most frequently occurring value.
