*Coefficient of variation, cv = si/mi, where i signifies a particular commercial crop; mi denotes the mean calculated as: mi = ∑pi/ni. ∑pi denotes the sum of the price of crop i, ni is the number of observations. si is the standard deviation calculated as the square root of the variance s^2, where s^2 = ∑(pi–mi)^2/n − 1.
