Abstract
This article describes learning activities of the HIIT PE addressing SHAPE America National Physical Education Standard #3, how student interest is obtained, and the variety of learning environments in which they can be implemented. The article also offers examples of learning activities, cognitive assessments, and a scope and sequence for teaching HIIT PE. These examples can easily be adapted for implementation across the K-12 levels.
