ABSTRACT
In order to investigate inter-disciplinary differences in substance use-related attitudes, 651 trainees from counseling, dentistry, nursing, physician assistant, and psychology programs were assessed before and following substance use training. The results of paired sample t-tests indicated that all six training groups demonstrated significant positive change on at least one measure of attitude with dentistry and physician assistant students demonstrating the most significant change.
