Virpi Roto
Virpi Roto ([email protected],allaboutux.org/virpi) is a Research Fellow in the Department of Design at School of Arts, Design and Architecture of Aalto University. She earned her doctoral degree in Usability Research and worked for 15 years in Nokia Research Center in Helsinki, providing the business units with knowledge and tools to improve usability and the user experience. She is best known for her efforts in clarifying the concept of user experience and for the collection of user experience evaluation methods on allaboutux.org. Currently, she explores means to design for positive, meaningful experiences, especially in business-to-business contexts.
