Robert D. Chapman

Robert D. Chapman, a retired operations officer in the Central Intelligence Agency's Clandestine Services Directorate, saw extensive duty in a variety of overseas postings, including Latin and South America. A lawyer prior to joining the Agency, he became an investigator for the insurance industry after his retirement from government service.
