Increasing the productivity of MIG welding aluminium alloys by adding ultrafine particles of activating fluxes

Abstract

Investigations were carried out into the problems of increasing the productivity of automatic MIG welding of aluminium alloys and improving the quality of droplet transfer of electrode metal and of welded joints by studying the effect of high-speed processes of ultrafine activating fluxes on the properties of the welding arc and the formation of the welded joint.
