Development of titanium sheet alloys for welded structures working at high temperatures

Abstract

The special features of weldable structural alloys for high-temperature applications (up to 700 °C) are described: universal application, the possibility of producing semi-finished sheet products, high weldability and capacity for sheet stamping, bending and flanging. This increases the coefficient of utilization of the metal 4–6 times and widens the range of produced components and sections by a factor of 2–4.
