Three screenshots of the application. The first screenshot is the home screen, reflecting the ICF framework. The components are depicted by simple drawings. The second screenshot shows an example of a self-assessment with elements of functionings accompanied with negative, neutral, or positive label. The third screenshot displays goals and actions that are set based on the assessment of functioning. For example, in the second screenshot in the component activity, cycling is assessed with a neutral emoticon and in the text a reference grandma. In the third screenshot, a goal is set to cycle once a week with grandma.
