The reaction of N-ethoxycarbonylated imidates 1 with phosphodihydrazide 2 has been studied in order to synthesize phosphorus compounds. The IR, 1 H, 13 C, and 31 P NMR of these synthesized compounds as well as the X-ray crystal structure of one of them show that it leads to triazolones 3 .
