Chris Cornelius
Chris Cornelius, a citizen of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, focuses his research and practice on the architectural translation of culture; in particular, Indigenous culture. He is the founding principal of studio:indigenous, a design and consulting practice serving Indigenous clients. Cornelius is an associate professor of architecture at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and in Spring 2021 he was the Louis I. Kahn Visiting Professor at the Yale School of Architecture.
