Judith Siegel

Virginia Goldner is an internationally recognized psychoanalyst and couples therapist, whose work bridges psychoanalytic theory, feminist and queer theory, and systems theory. She has received awards for her distinguished contributions to these fields by the American Family Therapy Academy, and by Division 39 of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Goldner is also on the Faculty of the Stephen Mitchell Center for Relational Studies, and is a Supervisor in the Doctoral program in Clinical Psychology at CUNY. She is the Founding Editor of the journal, Studies in Gender and Sexuality, and was a Founding Board member of the International Association of Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. She is also the author of over 50 articles and book chapters.

Judith Siegel is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Family Social Work and a faculty member of the Silver School of Social Work at NYU. She also codirects the Postmaster’s Certificate Program in Child and Family Therapy at the Silver School of Social Work, as well as the online Postmaster’s Certificate Program in Advanced Assessment and Diagnosis.
