Paula Santos

Paula Santos is an educator and cultural organizer focused on advocating for equitable museums for workers and the public. She is the Senior Manager of Learning and Engagement at Intuit: The Center for Intuitive Art and Outsider Art in Chicago and a Visiting Assistant Professor at Pratt Institute. In addition to her museum work, she is the creator and host of the Cultura Conscious podcast. Paula co-founded the Museum Workers Relief Fund, a mutual aid fund for workers adversely affected by Covid-19. She earned her M.Ed at Bank Street College and her B.A. in Art History from Williams College.

Kimberly H. McCray

Kimberly H. McCray, a lifelong learner, experienced museum educator, and Museum Education Roundtable board member, connects theory and practice and encourages interdisciplinary, progressive approaches to adult learning and museum programs. As a lecturer and graduate program director for Museum Studies at Baylor University, she immerses herself in teaching and experiencing/exploring the intersection of informal and formal learning. She holds a B.A. in American studies, a B.A. in journalism, both from Saint Michael’s College, a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Studies from Lesley University.

Gwendolyn Fernandez

Gwendolyn Fernandez is a compassionate educator who advocates for centering care and community in museum practice. Currently, she serves as the Curator of Education and Public Programs for the Harwood Museum of Art at the University of New Mexico. In 2020, she joined Paula Santos and the Museum Workers Speak collective to support the Museum Workers Relief Fund, a mutual aid project for museum workers adversely affected by COVID-19. She holds a Masters in Museum Studies from The George Washington University and a B.A. in art history and French from Hollins University.

Amanda Thompson Rundahl

Amanda Thompson Rundahl is a collaborative museum educator with more than two decades of experience. She is currently Director of Learning and Engagement at the Saint Louis Art Museum and previously held education and interpretation roles at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. She earned an M.A. in Latin American and Caribbean Studies and a certificate in Museum Studies from New York University and a B.A. in Art History and Spanish from St. Olaf College. Amanda served on the Board of Directors of the Museum Education Roundtable, including two years as President.
