Jane Rongerude

Jane Rongerude is an associate professor in the Department of Community and Regional Planning at Iowa State University. Her research investigates how housing policy and planning practices shape and maintain poverty places and the potential tools that planning offers to interrupt and potentially even transform these local systems of poverty management.
