The basis property of an eigenfunction of the Frankl problem with a nonlocal parity condition in the space sobolev

Abstract

In the present paper, we proved that the system of function cosine is a Riesz basis in L ₂(0, π/2), and proved the basis property of eigenfunction of the Frankl problem with a nonlocal parity condition in the space sobolev .
