In Mexico, a New Dawn for Independent Unions?

Mexican president Andrés Manuel López Obrador has instituted the first phase of labor law reform in the country, but some unions don’t think it goes far enough. Workers themselves are starting to act on their own, demanding wage increases and more democracy in their unions.
