Abstract
Twenty - two different pyridinium aldoximes were subjected to thin-layer chromatography using both classical chambers and also forced-flow technique for development. Running characteristics (such as R F values, time versus front distance) were compared in saturated and unsaturated chambers, and an OPLC. A comparison deals with developments in classical (capillary-flow) and modern (forced-flow) thin-layer chromatography.
