Eligibility Criteria

•Full-time assistant professors in the Heersink School of Medicine •Within the first 5 years of their initial appointment at the rank of assistant professor •Any prior appointment as an instructor does not count against the five-year limit •Primary responsibility is research, although teaching and some clinical duties are permissible •Faculty members with highly competitive research programs judged by extramural funding, high impact publications, and regional/national awards
