Justin Harmon is an assistant professor in the Department of Community and Therapeutic Recreation at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He teaches courses on recreation management, park planning, and community development. His research focuses on two main threads: music and life course development, and recreation interventions for people post-diagnosis of cancer, specifically nature-based and creative arts.
