The homozygous CC carriers were determined with one visible band of 188 bp (K86, K88, K95, K101, K109, K149, K150); the heterozygous CT carriers with two visible bands of 188 bp and 162 bp (K87, K89, K91, K125) and the homozygous TT carriers with one visible band of 162 bp (K98).
