PDS factors includes 10 items of a 5-point Likert-type scale (1 = strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree), giving a possible score range for each factor of 10 to 50 points. Higher scores of PDS factors indicate higher self-cognition of organizational climate in which the plan-do-check-act cycle can be easily implemented.

Do factors includes 10 items of a 5-point Likert-type scale (1 = strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree), giving a score range for each factor of 10 to 50 points. Higher scores of Do factors indicates higher self-cognition of a more leader-centered organizational climate.
