Nicola Hatton recently completed her MA in Applied Theatre at Manchester University where she worked with local disability theatre companies to research drama and disability self-advocacy. She is currently working with the Performing Arts Network and Development Agency (PANDA) in Manchester to identify professional development needs of young people interested in performing arts careers
