Pain Quality Indicators
1. Percentage of new residents who were assessed for pain within 24 h of admission
2. Percentage of current residents assessed for pain a minimum of once per week
3. For residents with findings of moderate-to-severe pain, percentage of residents with a documented treatment plan within 24 h of pain identification
4. Percentage of residents reassessed for pain within 24 h of treatment implementation
