Courtney R. Fu is a postdoctoral fellow at Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore. She is a historian of late imperial and modern China. Her current work aims to reconstruct fashion history of twentieth century Singapore, focusing also on the transnational cultural circuits of transmission with Shanghai and Hong Kong. [email protected]
