1. This research note is based on a dissertation written between 2005 and 2008. The thesis supervisor was Professor Harald Schöndorf PhD from the Hochschule für Philosophie, München. The dissertation was accepted summa cum laude in July 2009. It will be published in spring 2010 in the Echter-Verlag, Würzburg.
