Katarzyna Kosior
Katarzyna Kosior received her PhD from the University of Southampton in 2017. She was Leverhulme Early Career Fellow at Northumbria University in 2018–2021 and is currently Lecturer in Early Modern History at Northumbria. She works on early modern monarchies of Poland-Lithuania and France with particular interest in royal court, kingship and queenship. Her monograph Becoming a Queen in Early Modern Europe: East and West was published in 2019. Her most recent article ‘Henry Valois’s Court and Elective Kingship in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, 1573–4’ was published in the Historical Journal in 2021.
