Abstract
The following study presents multiple (organic, psychological, relational) aetiologies of male arousal disorder as well as complex intersystem components, and discusses a challenging case characterised by the client's difficulties with openness, long-term problems and reluctance towards couple therapy. Furthermore, it illustrates a combined/eclectic therapeutic approach that has had a significant impact on improving the client's erectile dysfunction and well-being.
