Abstract
This case report describes a young woman with a long history of anorexia nervosa who developed partial vaginismus with associated dyspareunia. The report discusses the outcome of a short therapeutic intervention and possible aetiological explanations for her sexual disorder. The case aims to highlight the importance of recognising that sexual disorders can be the result of an eating disorder.
