Naome A. Etori
Naome A. Etori is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) Master’s in Information Science and Technology (MSIST) program in the School of Information Studies. She is currently a software/web instructor at the College of Menominee Nation’s Department of Continuing Education in the USA. Prior to that she was Computer Science and Business Studies teacher at Dr. Ribeiro Parklands High School in Kenya, and a MEXT Research Scholar in the graduate School of Education Nagasaki University in Japan. She obtained a B.Ed. in Computer Science and Business Studies from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Kenya.
Shana R. Ponelis
Shana R. Ponelis is an Assistant Professor in the School of Information Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the USA. She holds a Ph.D in Information Technology from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Before joining UWM, she was a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Informatics at the University of Pretoria and worked as an IT consultant with Andersen and KPMG Consulting in South Africa. Her work has been published Information Development, the South African Journal of Information Management, The International Information & Library Review, the Journal of Information Ethics, and other journals.
