Julia Bascom is the Executive Director of the Autistic Self Advocacy Network. Ari Ne'eman, from 2006 to 2016, served as executive director of the Autistic Self Advocacy Network and continues to serve on its board of directors. Mr. Ne'eman also currently serves as a consultant to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), in which capacity he advised on some of the HCBS policy questions discussed in the open peer commentary.
