Nanodiffraction and Characterization of Titanate Nanotube Prepared by Hydrothermal Method

ABSTRACT

Titanate nanotubes were synthesized by simple hydrothermal treatment of TiO2 anatase powders. Their crystal structure was conclusively determined by TEM observation, especially by nanodiffraction mode. As a result, the nanotube has lepidocrocite-type titanate based structure.
