Mariska Kappmeier
MARISKA KAPPMEIER is a post-doctoral scholar at Harvard University. She is the co-founder of the TiMMCO working group at the University of Hamburg, the mediation approach designed and implemented in this work. Her research interests centre upon inter-group relations, with a specific focus on capacity and confidence building measures.
Mandy Fütterer
MANDY FÜTTERER graduated in Psychology at the University of Hamburg in 2012. She is certified in interpersonal, intra-group and inter-group mediation and has worked on the project's intercultural multi-party mediation in communities and organisation with the TiMMCO group in Moldova. Her main interest lies in capacity building and the challenge of its dissemination.
Alexander Redlich
ALEXANDER REDLICH has taught and conducted research on inter-group conflict since 1976 at the University of Hamburg. He is the co-founder of the TiMMCO working group at the University of Hamburg, The training manual developed by him and the group is available in three languages, Russian, Romanian and English.
