ABSTRACT
SBA-15 samples were prepared by using Plackett–Burman experimental design, and the effects of different parameters on the structural and textural properties of samples were investigated by using the statistical method. The application of Daniel method showed that using 1, 3, 5-triisopropylbenzene (TIPB) and NH4F and increasing aging temperature were the most effective parameters on the pore diameter of the synthesis samples. Moreover, increasing initial synthesis temperature and adjusting of the amount of TIPB afforded Barret–Joyner–Halenda pore diameter and total pore volume up to 24.4 nm and 1.93 cm3/g, respectively, with an appropriate degree of structural ordering.
