Abstract
In this work, an experimental investigation of a mini-heat transport device incorporating a thermosensitive magnetic fluid was performed. The experimental parameters measured were the magnetic force, the position of the magnet, and the temperature of the magnetic fluid. It was found that the velocity of thermosensitive fluid could be controlled by varying the magnetic force and the position of the magnet. Furthermore, the maximum velocity of the thermosensitive magnetic fluid produced without using a pump was about 20 mm/s.
