Abstract
Courses: Introductory communication courses and those requiring email and online communication with the instructor.
Objectives: Undergraduate students will engage in class discussion and an out-of-class activity designed to improve their ability to craft professional email messages and potentially increase out-of-classroom interaction with the instructor.
