Damian O'Doherty is Professor of Management and Organization at the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. His work is published in a range of journals across the social sciences specialising in sociology, anthropology, organization studies and management. He has just published ‘Reconstructing organization: The loungification of society’ with Palgrave Macmillan based on 2½ years of ethnography at the Manchester Airport Group and the international airport industry.
