Process structure
Task fragmentation	The extent to which the different tasks in the execution of (an instance of) the process are distributed across various organisations
Centralised coordination	The extent to which coordination and control of the process is exercised largely by a central organisation or by legislative arrangements
Concentration of spatial data-related activities	The extent of separation of spatial data collection, use and distribution from the other activities related to the process
Spatial data performance
Efficiency of access	The extent to which the spatial data needed in the process are easy to find and instantly usable
Intensity of use	The extent to which spatial data are used in the various steps of the process
Degree of sharing	The extent of the stakeholder group with which the spatial data resulting from the process are shared in practice, and the extent to which the actual datasets are being shared
