Holly W. Holladay

Holly W. Holladay is an associate professor in the Department of Media, Journalism and Film at Missouri State University. Her research takes a cultural studies approach to the analysis of media and identity. She has published a number of articles and chapters, including two co-authored articles about Lady Gaga, that explore the way media texts articulate identity, as well as how media audiences use media texts to negotiate their own identities. She is currently writing a monograph about the television series Parks and Recreation.
