Figures 1, 2, and 3. demonstrate the leukemia cutis rash – generalized dense, symmetrical eruption composed of innumerable, erythematous papules with rough branny scale, forming scaly bumpy somewhat eczematous patches on many areas. Superimposed on these were scattered individual pustules, most notably on the thighs
Figures 4, 5, 6, and 7. show the crusted scabies rash – thick, hyperkeratotic, crusted, plaque like scaly lesions of the palms, finger webs and shins
Figures 8, 9 and 10 demonstrate a complete resolution of the hyperkeratotic lesions after treatment
