Domain	Summary findings
Human capital	All the women we spoke to said they have developed professionally whilst working at GADC. Almost all of them received training from GADC which they say made them feel more confident at work and in their personal lives. Agricultural and financial training were mentioned the most and played a big part in increasing their confidence.
Social capital	The majority of women spoke about feeling supported at work and benefiting from an environment in which they can share resources and learn from one another. Women shared negative experiences of intimidation from male colleagues and jealousy between co-workers.
Financial capital	The majority of women respondents (32) said that in the last three years their income has gone up and become more stable. Salaries from GADC was one of the key factors contributing to this change. Mainly women used these savings for emergencies, like funeral costs.
Household relationships	Some women (18) claimed that their household relationships had improved in the last three years. The drivers for these changes included the increased ability to meet household needs, and the sharing of responsibilities and decision making. These factors helped to improve household relationships by easing tensions from financial burdens and allowing for more time spent together.
Wellbeing	The women said they felt better and had better wellbeing because they now feel more independent and have a sense of pride over earning their own money. There were comments about being able to buy themselves what they needed and wanted (such as treats).
